Airtel offers a Rs 349 prepaid plan that includes 2.5GB of data per day and other benefits. Customers also receive unlimited calls as well as 100 SMS per day. It includes 3 months access to Apollo 24 | 7 Circle at no extra charge, Shaw Academy, Wynk Music and Amazon Prime mobile subscription. However, this plan only has a duration of 28 days. Let’s take a look at what Reliance Jio and Vi offer in the same range.
Airtel Rs 349 Prepaid Plan & Jio Top-Up Packages
Reliance Jio does not offer any prepaid plans with 2.5GB daily traffic. You can find daily prepaid plans for 2 or 3 GB of data. According to the carrier’s website, there is a Rs 349 Jio plan that gives customers 3GB of daily data, unlimited calls to any network and 100 SMS per day for 28 days. You don’t get OTT subscriptions with this plan, but if you want to, you can check out Jio’s prepaid package at Rs 499.
It has a validity period of 28 days and offers 3 GB of data per day and an additional 6 GB of data for free. You also get a Disney + Hotstar subscription with this plan, and the rest of the benefits are similar to the Rs 349 Jio plan.
Airtel plan Rs 349 versus Vi prepaid plans
Likewise, Vi only has 3GB or 2GB data plans, not the daily 2.5GB prepaid data packages. There is a top-up plan of Rs 301 Vi, which provides some of the benefits of health insurance under the Vi Hospicare program. Thus, users will receive 1,000 rupees for hospitalization (through the Aditya Birla health insurance system) per day for up to 10 days. The package also includes a daily insurance benefit of Rs 2,000 for treatment in the intensive care unit. Customers also receive 1.5 GB of data per day, 2 GB of additional data, unlimited calls and 100 SMS per day.
There is also a Rs 501 package which includes unlimited calls, 100 SMS per day and 3 GB of data per day. The plan also includes weekend portability support, one year access to Disney + Hotstar mobile, and Nightly Data from 12:00 am to 6:00 am at no additional cost. The Rs 501 prepaid plan has a duration of only 28 days.
