Film director Sanjay Gupta responds to detailed order from Bombay High Court to release Shah Rukh Khan’s son on bail Arian Khan in a drug case, which says there is “hardly any positive evidence” of collusion between the defendants, according to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). Judge’s lone bench, Nitin Sambre, granted bail to Arian Khan, an Arbaaz merchant and model Munmun Dhamecha on October 28, but a detailed bail order was made public on Saturday.

Gupta logged into his Twitter account and quoted Bar & Bench’s tweet. The original tweet read: “No conclusive evidence against Arian Khan on conspiracy charges: Bombay High Court has ordered bail. [READ ORDER] report @Neha_Jozie. #AryanKhanBail #AryanKhan #BombayHighCourt “.

Sanjay Gupta reacted and wrote: “So Arian Khan is innocent and was innocent,” says the Bombay High Court. Who compensates for what he went through, what his family went through. ” The director also previously reacted to the silence of Bollywood during “Crisis moment” Shah Rukh Khan.

On Saturday, the Bombay High Court issued its 14-page detailed ruling. The bail order for three – Ariana Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha – says there is “hardly any positive evidence” of collusion between the accused, according to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

Against Arian Khan for his alleged involvement in a drug case on a cruise ship. Arian and several others were arrested following a raid on a cruise ship bound for Goa by the Bureau of Narcotics Control in October. Subsequently, Arian was imprisoned on Arthur Road for several weeks. He is currently released on bail.

No drugs have been retrieved from Aryan, but the NCB stated that all of the defendants were “conspiring” to commit offenses under the Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS), and therefore, drug recovery in the case should be considered the aggregate.
