On Monday, officials said there had been a clash between security forces and militants in Tulran, in the Imamsahab district of Shopian district in Jammu and Kashmir, between security forces and militants.

“Two operations have begun in Shopian tonight and are inspiring,” said J&K Police Director General Dilag Singh. “About three or four terrorists were trapped,” he added. A joint police, army and CRPF team has launched a cordon and search operation in the Tulran area of ​​Shopian County.

“Another operation has been started in Kheripora Shopyan, and contact is expected soon. This is the third meeting in the last 24 hours, ”added a police spokesman.

Earlier, five military personnel, including a junior officer (JCO), were killed during the counter-terrorist operation in the Rajuri sector in Jammu and Kashmir in the Pir Panjal ranges.

During a counter-insurgency operation in the Punch area, a clash broke out between security forces and terrorists. The operation was launched in a village near DKG in Surankot early in the morning following intelligence reports of the presence of terrorists there.

The meeting continued when the latest reports were received. According to a representative of the Ministry of Defense, the hiding ultras opened intense fire on the search groups, as a result of which one of the police officers and four other people were seriously injured. They were transferred to a hospital for treatment, where they died from their injuries.
