Krishna Shroff, Tiger Shroff’s sister and Jackie Shroff’s daughter, is into fitness. She appreciates high intensity training. Krishna’s Instagram profile is replete with videos of her doing various types of fitness. She never takes a day off to be in shape, and it takes a toll on her.

On Friday, Krishna shared another video of her exercising and it makes us look too bad. In the video, Krishna has been involved in fitness on several occasions, and some of them are not for the faint of heart.

She also tied a bandage around her ankles and did an exercise to develop her leg muscles. Krishna also worked on her core muscles by exercising on machines.
