By giving all health enthusiasts the opportunity to make money, the mother and son duo raised the bar on fitness goals by cutting calories, doing squats together, and that’s all the workout motivation we need this Sunday.
Tucking into his social media account, Milind shared a video that immediately prompted us to a healthier lifestyle. In the video, Milind and Usha stood barefoot in their living room and spoke to fans in cooperation and extended their arms outward while doing 10 squats together.
Wearing a casual blue crew-neck tee, Milind paired his sporty look with gray shorts, while his mother wore a simple print kurti paired with a white salwar. The duo greeted five fans and encouraged fans to start their fitness journey with their parents or seniors.
