Mrunal Thakur prepares for the release of his new film “Dhamaka” in every possible way – be it fashion or fitness. On Saturday, the actor posted a fresh shot of workout motivation on his Instagram profile with a set of photos and videos documenting her hard work at the gym.
Saturday is foot day for Mrunal at the gym and she’s busy learning everything about weight lifting. However, it is her fitness trainer Rohit Nair who is pushing her towards more fitness. In one of the videos, you can see how Mrunal lifts weights. Dressed in a black T-shirt and a pair of black and white print sweatpants, Mrunal focuses on her fitness routine. In two pictures Mrunal also shared before and after versions of herself after getting into fitness.
On the first picture Mrunal can be seen smiling while looking at the camera. In the next photo, Mrunal can be seen posing with her tongue out, sweating after fitness. “Weight,” wrote Mrunal and added a drunk emoticon to the signature.
