Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday completed 20 years as head of government, including more than 13 years as chief minister of Gujarat, with top leadership. Bjp leaders praise his leadership and praise him for initiating good governance and development.
Interior Minister Amit Shah, who has been a close aide to Modi for more than three decades, said the path of good governance and development that began on that day in 2001, when he first took the oath of office as chief minister, continues uninterrupted.
According to him, the Prime Minister worked day and night for the benefit of the people and the progress of the country.
From 2001 to 2014, Modi held the position of CM of Gujarat.
BJP President J.P. Nadda said Modi had lifted the country out of frustration and set it on the path of progress and becoming a visva guru (world leader).
The prime minister worked as a “karma yogi” and instilled confidence in the people that they were building a new India, Nadda said.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh also congratulated the Prime Minister, saying that these 20 years have not only been dedicated to the welfare of the people, but also not spoiled.
“Let it grow in popularity,” he said.
