Director Rohit Shetty is the man of the moment with his most recent directorial work. Sooryavanshi slowly approaching the 200 crore club. In a recent interview Rohit talked about his difficult days and shared that he earned 35 rupees at the beginning of his career.
On the Sunday Brunch chat show, director, who entered Bollywood as the chief assistant director, frankly shared that in the 90s, at the beginning of his career in cinema, his salary was only 35 rupees.
The actor noted that the financial situation of his family is poor. Rohit’s father Shetty was also an action director, but he said his journey was not easy. The director shared how he sometimes had to choose between travel and food.
Rohit Shetty also talked about the street food he enjoyed during the days of the struggle.
In terms of work, Rohit is currently busy Ranveer Singh-star Cirkus. He plans to make a film about a policewoman.
