Fitness Friday: Sameera Reddy says she lost 9 kg in new post, Tahira Kashyap cheers for her


Actor Samira Reddy took to Instagram today to share a fitness update with her followers. Star recently started workout to lose weight before Diwali, it turned out that she had lost 9 kg. Read on to find out what Samira talked about in her Friday post on fitness.

Samira went to Instagram on Friday July 23rd, post a photo of her flaunting her front and back to show her progress. She talked about how her hard work finally paid off and that she was “fully charged” to spill the last few ounces.

Samira added that after losing 9 kg, she currently weighs 83 and only needed to lose 8 kg before she reached her target weight of 75.

Samira captioned her Fitness Friday post: “9kg weight loss, finally hard work pays off! I am now fully charged to score the last few points! Almost ready! Now #fitnessfriday, and now I have 83 kg under 92 kg. 8 kg left. Constant concentration is the only way to achieve our goal! “

She continued, “What is your status, wonderful people? How are you feeling? Just reading my fitness post on Friday and knowing that we support each other is the best feeling! In order to achieve 9 kg weight loss, Samira included several fitness tricks in her routine, and she documented the same on her social networks. The actor tried his hand at intermittent fasting, running, jumping rope, yoga, and now boxing.
