The People’s Alliance for the Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) – an alliance of six main political parties in Jammu and Kashmir seeking to restore the special status of a former state – will gather here on Tuesday to discuss a recent all-party meeting chaired by the prime minister. Minister Narendra Modi.
This will be the alliance’s first meeting since the all-party meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on June 24.
“The PAGD will meet tomorrow,” a spokesman for the MY Tarigami alliance said on Monday.
According to him, the meeting will take place at 11.00 at the residence of the chairman of the alliance Faruk Abdullah in the Gupkar region of the city. A PAGD spokesman said the meeting will focus on an all-party meeting of the prime minister and next steps for the alliance.
