The first explosion blew off the roof of a one-story building in the high security technical zone of the airport, where the air force was located, in the Satvari area of ​​the city, while the second explosion took place on the ground.

As a result of the incident, two Air Force personnel were injured. Jammu and Kashmir Police Chief Dilbag Singh called it a “terrorist attack.”

Meanwhile, in accordance with the relevant sections of the Explosives Act, the Prevention of Illegal Activities Act and the Indian Penal Code (IPC), an FIR was registered at the Satwari police station at the request of a junior warrant officer of the Air Force.
