All 152 people in the West Indies-Australia cricket series tested negative on coronavirus, the day after the transfer of the second one-day international.
The match at Kensington Oval was suspended after the toss when an unnamed, non-playing West Indies team member tested positive.
Both teams and match officials returned to their hotels and re-tested. There were also the event staff and the film crew.
“Cricket West Indies is pleased to announce that all 152 people have been tested on COVID-19 negative results were obtained on Thursday evening, ”the company said in a statement Friday.
The CWI said it will speak with Cricket Australia, the Barbados government and health officials about resuming the three-match streak. The third ODI was scheduled for Saturday.
